Dave Toler Retiring After Many Valuable Years of Service to SFSI

On November 30th, Dave Toler (Essential Consults, Inc.), sales representative for SFSI, announced to our team that he would be retiring this holiday season. Dave was our first remediation consultant and has provided the vision and support to help train, what we believe to be is, the best consulting team in the sinkhole repair and restoration industry. His commitment and care to our customers is evident in the countless testimonials we have received over his many years of service. We are taking the time to write this letter to you because so often people write letters because of bad experiences they have.... not the good ones. Well, this is a letter about a GOOD experience that we had.

We wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you to your TEAM of professionals that handled the soil stabilization at our home. Over the years we've received a many testimonials from customers who were pleased with the work we've done. As a business owner, it is always gratifying to know when we have met or exceeded someone's expectations, and even more gratifying is the feeling of knowing that their homes are more secure.

To whom it may concern:

When we found out we needed a Foundation Construction Company we were determined to pick the best company available. We were not going to settle for an "average" company. Thousands of dollars were involved and we were going to make sure it was well spent.

We set up an analysis format to review a number of companies to simply determine which one was the best. After all, this was our home. In this analysis we considered proper licensing of personnel, personnel itself, demonstration of the work to be done, equipment, means of communication, track record and other considerations.

On a scale of 1 to 10, Secure Foundations scored the highest with a 9. The nearest competitor had a 7. We also had one Company that scored a 5. With this result we chose Secure Foundations to do the job. After Secure Foundations completed the job we reflected on the wisdom of our decision.
