Shallow surface slurry grouting is a process of injecting a compaction grout material under low pressure in the shallow loose soils beneath your structure.
Injection points are generally spaced 5' from each other around the perimeter of the building. Each injection point is hammer advanced to a standard depth of 10 to 15 feet. The casing is comprised of a 1.25" ID steel installed in 5' increments.
Depending on your engineers specifications the material can be a slurry mix of bagged Portland cement or a wet cement-like grout supplied by ready-mix trucks. During the installation process the structure is constantly monitored for movement.
Secure Foundation Systems, Inc. utilizes only the finest equipment in the industry. Our equipment is specifically tailored to compliment the engineers design and provides an efficient installation while minimizing intrusion to your property.
"The crew, from salesman to workers, were the most courtesy people I have ever met. They went out of their way to ensure the least amount of inconvenience to my family as possible, and always with a smile. It was hot; however, they would not even accept a drink of water or use of the bathroom."
