We found out this past summer, May 2009, that "something" was happening to our home that the Lord gave us. When we called our insurance company and all paper work was completed, they gave us a list of foundation specialists and were told to get three quotes. We got the bids and read over each one. Since we have never been through anything like this before, we were apprehensive to say the least, we prayed and asked the Lord to give us who would do the work and be trustworthy. Your office sent Mr. David ToIer, Senior Remediation Consultant, to our home to speak with us. And after meeting him, we knew the Lord wanted Secure Foundations Systems to do the work.

The week of Thanksgiving 2009, your Grouting Crew began prepping the house. Everyday, the crew was down to business, but always had a smile and was ready to answer any and all questions precisely and professionally. The crew made sure to clean up every day when they finished, even if night had fallen. The crew finished around mid-December 2009.

At the end of January 2010, the Under Pinning Crew began their process. We found that the crew was the same as the Grouting Crew, down to business, always smiling and willing to answer any and all questions precisely and professionally and always cleaning up everyday no matter what time it was. By the end of March, you had finished the foundation work and everything under our home was secure.

We are now in the process of getting the inside and outside of our home fixed and we are excited. One of our neighbors said, "Well, you will never be able to sell your home now since everyone knows you have had a sink hole under it." We thought about that statement and remembered that one of your men had told us, "well when we are all finished, this house isn't going anywhere, it IS built on a rock". And the gentleman was correct. We told the neighbor, we were not interested in selling our home. The Lord had gave it to us and had placed it on a Rock. The Lord truly brought us through the flood, pulled us out of the pit and placed us on a solid rock.

So, please accept this letter of appreciation to you and your people for allowing the Lord to use you by making our home stable and "secure" and affording us the opportunity to meet you and your staff. We do have "a story to tell" all our grandchildren and great grandchildren to come.

To whom it may concern:

When we found out we needed a Foundation Construction Company we were determined to pick the best company available. We were not going to settle for an "average" company. Thousands of dollars were involved and we were going to make sure it was well spent.

We set up an analysis format to review a number of companies to simply determine which one was the best. After all, this was our home. In this analysis we considered proper licensing of personnel, personnel itself, demonstration of the work to be done, equipment, means of communication, track record and other considerations.

On a scale of 1 to 10, Secure Foundations scored the highest with a 9. The nearest competitor had a 7. We also had one Company that scored a 5. With this result we chose Secure Foundations to do the job. After Secure Foundations completed the job we reflected on the wisdom of our decision.

David Toler, Senior Consultant, was the first person from Secure Foundations to greet us. He gave us a resounding welcome. David completely explained the Engineering Report on the condition of our property we received. He also explained the necessary work to be done. David was the voice of Secure Foundations. He kept us completely informed as to what was happening at all times. If we had a problem or question we called David.

Jim Alexander, Owner-State Certified General Contractor, was the most knowledgeable person we could find in this area for this construction project. We felt that his expertise was superior. He was excellent in explaining to us the work to be done.

Secure Foundation Systems are staffed throughout with very competent personnel but the two we depended the most on were David and Jim.

Secure Foundations lived up to everything they promised including keeping the yard clean on a daily basis.

I wanted to take a moment and tell you all how much I appreciate the work that your team did here at the church. As you know this was a large project, and I know that your team was faced with many challenges and delays once the job began. However, Reed, Joe, and their crew worked to resolve each challenge and did so with a positive attitude.

There were a few time that we needed to make special requests concerning the scheduling of work at certain times around the facility. Each time Reed worked to accommodate our need, and at the same time keep the project going. One instance was when we had individuals and dignitaries from all over the country coming for the National Day of Prayer. The grouting crew was scheduled to work at our front entrance blocking the entrance. Reed was able to work in another section freeing the entrance way.

Overall your team was very professional, yet personable. We believe that you all did a good job for us. You lived up to your promise of a clean job site, and to leave the property in good shape when the project was completed.
